We are working on cutting our delivery costs but for now we are using Correos standard mail service until we find a more efficient service for our customers.
Therefore at the moment our delivery costs are based on their standard service plus a little for packing. These are as follows:
0 – 500g = 2.50€
500g – 1kg = 4.00€
1kg – 2kg = 5.00€
2kg – 5kg = 6.50€
5kg – 10kg = 7.50€
10kg+ = 8.50€ + 0.50€ per 1kg over 10kg
We also offer a local pickup service within the city of Valencia and this can be selected at checkout. Our local pickup is currently at Avenida de Campanar 92, 46015 València. If this pickup service is selected will notify you once the purchase is ready to collect.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Once your return is received we will then process your refund within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should contact us at email@example.com and we will send you instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
